I knew when I took the place (because it was owned by developers as well) that when the contract ended I would have to leave here. I managed to find a temporary place for nine months after being on the streets for over a year. I fought the eviction for as long as I could through the courts and by every way possible, but in the end when the property was sold on to property developers I was forced out on to the street. The owner of the flat I’d been living in for ten years sold up and attempted to evict me. Also there is a read me file in the zip archive file, so you should be able to use it if you want.As many of you already know, I fell victim to the London housing crisis about three years ago and have been struggling with homelessness ever since, through no fault of my own. There is an AL version if you need that btw, they have most any version you would need in the zip file. Next you can install the pregnancy mods if you want teen females to get pregnant I also use these tuners S2L_Tuner_less_love_required.package, S2L_Tuner_less_modesty.package I have a separte no-jealousy mod so I don't use the no_jealousy tuner

I don't use the pregnancy ones so I can't really say much about that aspect, teen woohoo works fine. I use some of a set of mods by sims2living.
